- About Me:
- I am a movement coach, dancer, choreographer, improviser. I formed Symphonica Dance Company as an umbrella for research and performance of of the interconncectedness of the arts, particularly movement and music.With a background in Kinesiology and the Mitzvah Technique(a dynamic progression of the Alexander Method) I teach children and adults how to easily maintain childlike uprightness and flow throughout their day and use it in all art forms and performance. I give workshops, masterclasses, residencies, performances, lecture/demonstrations: what ever the needs of the situation
